In other words, you should consume whole grains with regularity, in order to prevent that from happening.

  1. Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a very famous enzyme, due to its beneficial properties – antibacterial. We recommend you to consume a cup with water, in which you squeeze some lemon or orange juice. This ingredient will eliminate the bacteria in your mouth, making your breath fresh and pleasant.

Baking soda is well known for its antibacterial and bleaching properties. Perhaps you use it already to whiten your teeth. Every time you have a bad breath, consume a cup of water mixed with lemon juice and a pinch of cinnamon. You will have a fresh breath again and the bacteria will be flushed out. In addition, try to consume your tea or coffee with cinnamon. It gives a particular taste too.
