Step 1: Stop chewing your nails

Tension and boredom can determine you to sometimes chew your nails, a habit which is not very healthy for your nails. On the contrary, you will prevent them from growing and make them weaker and more fragile.

Step 2: Hydrate your nails with vitamin A

Your nails can tell you if they need to be hydrated or not. When you see that your nails are exfoliated, you should know that they don’t have the necessary nutrients. In this sense, massage your nails with some vitamin A oil and soon enough you will notice the difference.

Step 3: Use warm olive oil for morbid nails

Soak your nails in warm olive oil and let them sit until the oil has become cold. This trick makes your nails stronger, more hydrated and good looking.

Step 4: Cut your nails when they are too long

It is not a news that long nails are a woman’s favorite. However, it is better for you to reduce their length in order to give them a more pleasant aspect. If you have fragile nails you should avoid long nails as they are very likely to break when you less expect, causing pain and discomfort.

Step 5: Use baking soda to remove stains

Sometimes, too much polish or a lack of zinc in your body can lead to stains on your nails. They are bad looking, therefore, you should use this remedy to get rid of them: combine 1 tsp of baking soda with 1 tsp of oxygenated water and apply the mixture on your nails with a cotton pad. Leave it sit up to 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and hydrate with olive oil.
